As a Customer Retention Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound telephone calls with customers who are calling to cancel their insurance coverage and/or placing calls to current policyholders regarding coverage, premium due, and other policy information. You'll also be responsible for answering questions about policy benefits and premiums and accurately documenting the information on the appropriate database. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls with customers who are calling to cancel their insurance coverage and/or place calls to current policyholders regarding coverage, premium due, and other policy information * Answer questions about policy benefits and premiums and accurately document the information on the appropriate database * Provide assistance to customers who are considering canceling their coverage and help them understand the importance of keeping their policy * Collaborate with other team members to ensure that customers receive the best possible service and support * Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures and ensure that all interactions with customers are in compliance with regulatory requirements **What You Can Bring** * High school diploma or GED * Customer service experience * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Superior customer service skills required – friendly, efficient, good listener * Proficient use of the computer, keyboard functions, and Microsoft Excel * Ability to work under pressure and multi-task * Excellent organization and time management skills * Must be detail-oriented with the ability to analyze information and make logical conclusions * Have a desire to learn and grow within the Company * Must type 30 words per minute, pre-employment assessment required **How arenaflex Will Support You** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting our employees in their careers and personal lives.
