Your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional service to our members, addressing their concerns, and offering meaningful solutions * Proactively offering valuable products and services to enhance our members' experience * Actively listening and engaging with members and fellow team members with a "can-do" attitude * Operating in a fluid environment, adapting to changing situations, and seeking coaching and development opportunities to grow and improve * Demonstrating excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in using computers for data entry and complex navigation **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you will need: * 1 year of prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment * Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities * Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in using computers for data entry and complex navigation * A flexible, "can-do" attitude to navigate our ever-changing environment * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to pass a background check and drug test **Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging** At arenaflex, we are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, engaged, and empowered to grow. You will also have a day off during the week.
