**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand. Your passion for high-end fashion and exceptional service will shine through as you help customers shop, resolve questions about their orders, and resolve issues with white glove treatment. You'll be the go-to expert for all things luxury retail, and your fashion sense and appreciation for exceptional service will make all the difference.
**A Typical Day**
* Answer incoming communications from customers, providing timely and personalized responses to their queries
* Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues, using your knowledge of luxury retail products and services
* Make recommendations of products or services to close sales and drive revenue growth
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
**What You Bring to the Role**
* An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture
* 1 year or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
* 1 year or more of post-secondary education OR 2 years equivalent work experience
* The ability to recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues
* Computer experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* High-speed internet (> 15 mbps) and a reliable computer or laptop
* A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
* A USB wired headset (recommended) or a compatible headset for remote work
