However, core duties will include:</p> <p>Responding to customer inquiries via various channels (e.g., email, chat, phone) in a professional and timely manner.<br /> Diagnosing and resolving customer problems efficiently and effectively.<br /> Providing accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.<br /> Assisting with billing queries and payment-related issues.<br /> Collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.<br /> Adapting to new tools, processes, and client-specific requirements as needed.</p> <p>What we’re looking for (Requirements)</p> <p>To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:</p> <p>Experience:</p> <p>Minimum: 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer support role. The specific experience level required will depend on the client’s needs.</p> <p>Technical & Remote Work Readiness:</p> <p>💻 Computer: Reliable Working PC/Laptop, with a fully functioning video/web camera. Minimum of Core i3 with at least 8 GB RAM (or equivalent).
