You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, answering their questions, resolving issues, and providing support and guidance whenever needed. If you're a customer service professional with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Actively listen and probe callers in a professional and timely manner to determine the purpose of the calls * Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat * Provide swift, thorough, friendly, and effective customer service to all internal and external customers, remaining focused on creating great customer experiences * Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and expediting correction or adjustment * Have access to personal health information ("PHI") necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities. Access to use and ability to disclose PHI is further defined by each organization/department * Effectively work with others and promote teamwork to generate positive and creative results **Qualifications** * Ability to work 2nd shift and every other weekend * High school diploma * One (1) year experience in customer service * Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload * Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel * Proficient in software programs and be able to navigate between computer systems * Ability to sit in front of a computer for long periods of time * Travel is required for training and onsite orientation **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly pay and benefits * Weekdays 2nd shift (4p-12a) and every other weekend (8a-8p) * A team environment with a focus on community service * Daily Pay Option Available * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and supportive work environment **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's supportive, inclusive, and empowering.
