**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Analyst II at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering both custom and standard reporting that communicates the impact of our services to our customers. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers to identify opportunities to expand our standard reporting suite and evolve our customer data story. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and maintaining complex data models and queries to extract insights from various data sources
* Creating data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Collaborating with Product Managers to identify opportunities to expand our standard reporting suite and evolve our customer data story
* Working closely with the Director of Data Science to develop and implement data-driven solutions
* Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
* Developing and maintaining documentation of data models, queries, and visualizations
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* 3+ years of working experience working with data, data visualization, and dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
* Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
* Ability to effectively query data across many sources using SQL
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience
* Humility, high motivation, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
* Passion for successfully navigating ambiguous problem areas and learning new approaches
* Prior experience with R and dbt is a plus
* Ability to travel once a quarter
