**Key Responsibilities**
As a Dutch Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for conducting inbound and outbound sales calls to existing customers and prospects in a B2C environment. Your primary goal will be to retain customers and sell them new products and services on top of their existing subscriptions and services.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Conducting inbound and outbound sales calls to existing customers and prospects
* Building and maintaining positive customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
* Accurately documenting customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
* Staying up to date on product knowledge, market trends, and sales techniques
* Collaborating with the sales team and management to achieve team goals and objectives
* Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service
* Communicating with customers to understand their requirements and needs
* Offering solutions based on clients' needs and capabilities
* Keeping an updated customer database
* Adhering to common KPIs for your work
* Updating client records
**Essential Qualifications & Experience**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Fluency in Dutch language (spoken and written at C1/C2 level), native highly preferred
* Familiarity with Desktop Computing: Windows PCs, Outlook Email, Web Browsers, and the Internet
* Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
* Results-driven and target-oriented mindset
* Self-motivated, energetic, and confident
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

**Preferred Qualifications & Experience**
While not essential, the following qualifications and experience would be beneficial:
* Experience in a sales support or customer service role
* Knowledge of the telecom industry and its products and services
* Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software
* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
