As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff, processing inbound data with high accuracy, and ensuring the smooth operation of our PAYROLL system. If you have a passion for data entry, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Administrative Assistant – Data Entry Clerk/PAYROLL Coordinator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Processing inbound data with high accuracy, including data entry, reconciliation, and analysis * Providing clerical support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing various administrative tasks * Supporting the daily entry of receiving data into our database, ensuring timely and accurate processing * Reconciling physical receipt of tickets against our database, identifying missing tickets, and taking corrective action * Saving electronic tickets to specified folders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies * Inputting and/or validating producer payroll data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness * Analyzing reports to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement * Communicating effectively with staff, management, and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing * Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting a culture of excellence **Essential Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 1 year of experience in data entry, preferably using the 10-key method * High school diploma or equivalent * Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and other office software * Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and quality * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion * Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Preferred Qualifications:** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * Experience in PAYROLL administration, including payroll processing, reconciliation, and analysis * Knowledge of payroll software and systems * Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment * Certification in data entry, payroll, or a related field * Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and customer service **Skills and Competencies:** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Data entry skills, including 10-key entry * Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other office software * Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and quality * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion * Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
