**Responsibilities**
As a Call Center Agent for Customer Technical Support at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving technical issues efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing customer and technical support for display products through incoming calls, emails, and live chats
* Issuing Return Material Authorization (RMA) to customers in a timely and efficient manner
* Gathering and resolving Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to improve our products and services
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide solutions to customers
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a timely manner
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest products and technologies
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills
* Basic understanding of computer systems and components (both PC and Mac)
* Ability to manage time and work both independently and as part of a team
* Some experience in customer/tech support or sales/repair service is preferred
* A+ Certification or equivalent knowledge is a plus, but not required
**Nice-to-haves**

* Experience with CRM software and customer support platforms
