As a key member of our Guest Relations & Operations Support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests, resolving issues, and driving business growth. If you're a highly skilled and motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional support to our guests, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Leveraging AI tools, such as ChatGPT, to provide comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and values * Screening potential guests and providing support to resolve issues in Airbnb, VRBO, or Marriott * Communicating and escalating issues to Management via Slack * Achieving 5-star ratings and Superhost Status * Writing and responding to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms * Reporting maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams * Reporting and submitting damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement * Building, managing, and reporting in-house maintenance labor * Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist the onboard of accounting systems * Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management **Essential Qualifications:** * 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or vacation rental industry * Proficient in English, with perfect grammar and communication skills * Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI is a plus * Familiarity with AI tools, such as ChatGPT * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and priorities * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Availability to work part-time, with flexibility to work overnight shifts (optional) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working with Operto Teams and Guesty Shield * Knowledge of business financials/accounting and experience with accounting systems * Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management * Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data analysis **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and priorities * Proficient in English, with perfect grammar and communication skills * Familiarity with AI tools, such as ChatGPT * Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI is a plus * Knowledge of business financials/accounting and experience with accounting systems * Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
