**Job Summary**
As a Call Center/Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and web-based interactions. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our programs and services. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries received by telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web-based portal regarding information on programs and services
* Record customer interactions and transactions, by documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
* Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
* Address customer's inquiries and resolve problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made
* Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
* Communicate with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns
* Perform data entry accurately
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree is preferred
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all information
* Ability to comply with current and updated policies and procedures
* Ability to interact courteously and effectively with a diverse population; cultural competency
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
* Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously
* Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
* Ability to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1 year of experience in phone etiquette (inbound/outbound calling) and customer service
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
* Familiarity with process services and government health and human services agencies
* Bilingual or multilingual skills

**Schedule**
* 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
* Must be available 7AM to 7 PM PST
