**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Advocate at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to:

**What You Should Have**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems, with a strong focus on problem-solving and communication.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level capacity to multitask independently and on a computer.
* Knowledge of Medical Terminology is a plus, but not required.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management focus, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
