Our remote work environment allows you to work from the comfort of your home, providing the flexibility and autonomy you need to excel in your role. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns, needs, and build rapport * Providing essential support in navigating the customer's inquiries and explaining it in simple terms * Discovering solutions using tools and resources to help meet the customer's needs * Empathizing and resolving concerns to simplify the customer's experience * Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * To be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or its equivalent * A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center (utilities industry experience is a plus) * To be self-driven and able to focus on the same task/objective for long periods of time * Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills * High computer proficiency and overall technical knowledge * Open availability between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday Eastern Standard Time * A professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette * A customer-focused personality and motivation to achieve goals * To pass a background check, including credit review and assessments in training **Nice-to-haves** * Bilingual in Spanish (preferred for higher pay rate) **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Competitive hourly rates: $15-16 per hour (non-bilingual) and $16-17 per hour (bilingual in Spanish) * Access to up to 50% of your pay immediately after your shift * Comprehensive health insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) and other benefits * Pet insurance * Paid, virtual training * A remote work environment * Opportunities for professional development and growth **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's both challenging and rewarding.
