As a Retail Customer Service Expert, you'll be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. At arenaflex, the sky is the limit! **Work from Home Requirements** * Must be able to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later, Wired Ethernet LAN connection, Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted), and a minimum of 4GB RAM * Internet Connection Requirements: + Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms + Proof of internet speed required + Clean and quiet workspace **Responsibilities** As a Retail Customer Service Expert, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities include: * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling if required **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do.
