**Key Responsibilities**
As a Cargo Agent, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
* Interacting directly with customers face-to-face and over the phone to resolve their queries and concerns
* Processing cargo shipments, including receiving, handling, and dispatching cargo
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation, including cargo manifests and shipping labels

**What You Need to Succeed**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
* Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
* Possess a valid driver's license
* Basic digital literacy
* Ability to frequently lift tools, supplies, or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds
* Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
* Wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
