**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Ramp Agent (Customer Service Representative), you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of cargo and baggage. Your daily tasks will include:
* Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions.
* Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather.
* Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
* Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination.
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
* Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States.
* Have a valid driver's license.
* Proficiency in English.
* Pass a physical ability test (PAT). You can prepare for the PAT by watching this video.
* Must wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to include, but not limited to: hearing protection, safety-toe footwear, protective headwear (bump cap or hard hat), and high visibility safety apparel subject to an approved accommodation, such as alternate PPE.
* Ability to hold airport-specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, having the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
* Previous experience in a customer service or ramp agent role.
* Knowledge of airport operations and procedures.
* Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
