You will be responsible for receiving and responding to incoming inquiries and service requests via phone, email, web portal, and other channels. Your primary goal will be to provide accurate and timely information, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and quality. **Key Responsibilities** - Receive and respond to incoming inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, vendors, and other stakeholders via phone, email, web portal, and other channels. - Provide accurate and timely information to customers, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and quality. - Work collaboratively with other team members to support service delivery teams and achieve departmental and corporate objectives. - Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers to identify additional ways to be of service and ensure customer satisfaction. - Help foster an environment in which continuous improvement in business processes and services is welcomed and recognized. - Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure the privacy and safety of employee and patient information. - Operate office equipment such as multi-lined phones, printers, faxes, copiers, and scanners. - Identify, evaluate, and resolve standard problems by selecting appropriate solutions from established options. - Build collaborative relationships with peers and other healthcare providers to achieve departmental and corporate objectives. **Essential Qualifications** - High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) - 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, call center, or related customer service experience (i.e., Healthcare, clinical, administrative, hospitality, retail, concierge, etc.) - 1 year of experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Office, electronic mail, and information systems or database programs - Knowledge of processes within one or more of the following functions desired (required for first round of hiring): Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, Revenue Cycle Customer Billing - Possess written and verbal communications skills to explain sensitive information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences, including non-medical people - Time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize assignments and work within standardized operating procedures and scientific methods to achieve objectives and meet deadlines - Requires the ability to work with and maintain confidential information - Work independently, as well as be part of the team, including accomplishing multiple tasks in an environment with interruptions **Preferred Qualifications** - Medical and Healthcare experience is preferred - Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems - Certification in customer service, medical terminology, or a related field **Skills and Competencies** - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Collaborative and team-oriented approach - Strong customer service skills, with a focus on patient satisfaction and experience **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
