As a key member of our team, the Experienced Customer Service Representative – Order Processing and Customer Support will play a vital role in ensuring seamless order processing, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented customer service professional to join our team as an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Order Processing and Customer Support. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer support to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities:** * Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth production process * Facilitate purchase orders, verify accuracy, and ensure timely completion * Manage inventory, document releases, and file tickets for completed jobs * Provide exceptional customer support, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with account managers to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction * Evaluate and verify purchase order correspondence with quotations, verifying with account managers when necessary * Prepare materials for return to customers and document Haz-Mat orders * Manage internal forms, including custom labels, bills of lading, job tickets, and invoices * Assist the estimating department as needed and perform additional tasks and duties as required * Work in compliance with arenaflex's safety policies and procedures **Essential Qualifications:** * High school graduate or equivalent required; associate's degree or technical school preferred * 2+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, or a related field * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask * Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ability to learn new software applications * Bronze designation on ACT or equivalent will be considered in lieu of high school equivalency **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in a manufacturing or production environment * Knowledge of production capabilities and inventory management * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed **Skills and Competencies:** * Accuracy and attention to detail * Active listening and communication skills * Organizational and time management skills * Problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Strong customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional support * Ability to learn and adapt to new software applications and processes **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
