**Job Details:**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/ Order Processor to join our team on a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will have:
* 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry
* Proven experience creating, applying, and verifying credit memos on purchase orders
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Process orders with accuracy and efficiency, including creating and applying credit memos as needed
* Verify credit memos on purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry
* Proven experience creating, applying, and verifying credit memos on purchase orders
