**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Specialty Pharmacy Support, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals, processing cases efficiently, and resolving patient cases through outbound calls. You'll work in a remote setting, requiring a quiet and focused work environment, and will be measured on your ability to process a minimum of 11 tasks per hour.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals through phone, email, and other communication channels
* Process patient cases efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of medication and resolving any issues that may arise
* Conduct outbound calls to resolve patient cases and provide support as needed
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and case outcomes
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex patient cases and ensure seamless delivery of services
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including processing a minimum of 11 tasks per hour

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
* 1 year of experience as a customer service representative or in a call center environment
* 1 year of experience in inbound calling
* 1 year of experience in healthcare, insurance, or claims
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
