As an Experienced Customer Service Representative/Order Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. **Key Responsibilities**

* Process customer requests for order placement in a timely, accurate, and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Respond effectively to inquiries or complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
* Experience with EDI systems is preferred, but not required.
* Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Solid organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless communication with the sales team.
* Knowledge of current materials, methods, tools, and equipment (including technology) used in business operations.
* Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and functional teams to coordinate effective solutions.
* Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Minimum of 2-3 years inside sales/customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
