Our team is passionate about helping our members achieve good health, and we're dedicated to creating a workplace culture that values collaboration, innovation, and mutual respect. **Job Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Trainee, you will be responsible for: * Receiving, investigating, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner * Handling customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone, chat, email, and Teams * Ensuring all customer communication is clearly documented * Educating callers to ensure resolution is achieved on first contact * Participating in required testing and training programs * Working independently under general supervision and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Adhering to assigned schedules and working overtime as required **Key Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * 1 year of experience in a customer service support role * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) * Proficient oral and written communication skills * Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills * Exceptional time management skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team * Independent, sound decision-making, and problem-solving skills * Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers **Training and Development** As a Customer Service Trainee, you will participate in a 12-14 week training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
