**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Turkish and English, providing timely and accurate solutions to their issues
* Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring that each customer has a unique and positive experience
* Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and features to provide accurate information to customers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
* Strong desire to create a unique experience for each individual customer
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Professional/business level proficiency in Turkish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
* Previous experience in customer support, preferably via inbound web messages

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
* Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision and high levels of autonomy
