### Ticketing & Booking Support
* Assist clients with booking flights, cruises, train tickets, and other travel arrangements
* Verify availability, pricing, and travel regulations before confirming reservations
* Ensure bookings align with client preferences, schedules, and budgets
* Manage modifications, cancellations, and rebookings as needed
### Client Assistance
* Communicate via phone, email, and chat to understand travel needs
* Provide personalized recommendations on routes, airlines, and seating options
* Address inquiries, resolve booking issues, and handle special requests professionally
### Administrative Support
* Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions
* Process payments and send confirmations promptly
* Stay informed on airline policies, travel restrictions, and industry trends
