**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Hybrid Customer Service Consultant to join our team at arenaflex. In this multifaceted role, you'll work in our Evansville, IN location 3-4 days a week and remotely from home 1-2 days a week. As a Hybrid Customer Service Consultant, you'll be responsible for handling telephone and virtual customer interactions, utilizing various tools and systems to meet customers' needs, and providing effective resolutions. Your success will depend on your in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, as well as your ability to adapt to changing customer needs and preferences.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle telephone and virtual customer contacts to provide exceptional service and support
* Assist with inquiries received via various channels, including email, e-care, correspondence, TTY, and online chat
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues in a timely and effective manner
* Engage third-party vendors and suppliers as needed to resolve customer issues
* Remain proficient in billing, rate plans, and feature matters to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
* Identify, track, and trend issues for root cause elimination to improve customer satisfaction and reduce repeat issues
**Essential Qualifications**
* At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
* Advanced typing/keyboarding skills to handle high-volume customer interactions
* Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
* Ability to communicate effectively and adapt to changing customer needs and preferences
* Flexibility to work in an evolving environment and adapt to new technologies and processes
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Call center experience with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Experience with arenaflex's products and services, or a similar industry
* Knowledge of billing, rate plans, and feature matters to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
* Experience with troubleshooting and resolving customer-impacting issues
**Education Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
