**Job Summary**
As a Work from Home Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. If you're a native or near-native Spanish speaker with excellent communication skills, a patient and empathetic attitude, and a strong desire to help others, we'd love to hear from you!
**Responsibilities**
* Manage customer interactions via inbound calls, ensuring that customers receive a high level of service and support
* Provide an optimum level of service, aiming to achieve the best resolution for the customer
* Advise customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed support to customers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handling time
**Qualifications**
* Fluency in Spanish (native or near-native level)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (communications skills)
* Customer-oriented and compassionate, with a patient and empathetic attitude
* Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
* Sound judgment and decision-making skills
* Team player with a respectful attitude towards authority
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Computer proficiency in Windows and MS Office
* Strong social support system, autonomy, and ability to work from home
