We are seeking an experienced and skilled Full Stack Product Leader – Customer Data Platform (CDP) to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP will enable us to provide personalized and seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
**Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Product Leader – Customer Data Platform (CDP) at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing and preserving the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet company objectives
* Supporting new development, configuration, and preservation at the platform
* Providing technical expertise and guidance to internal teams concerning the segment-building and RT-CDP platform
* Troubleshooting technical issues associated with the platform and implementing solutions
* Collaborating with IT and other teams to align on tech requirements and implementations
* Keeping updated with the latest trends and best practices associated with Adobe Experience Platform
* Conducting daily audits to ensure the optimal use of the platform
* Leading training sessions to up-skill internal teams on the effective use of the platform
* Collaborating with Adobe Support and Consulting agencies to coordinate product upgrades and workarounds
**What You Need to Succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 3+ years of experience in technical information control and marketing solution experience
* Strong technical skills, mainly with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent
* Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues
* Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical principles to non-technical audiences
* Strong analytical skills
* Consistently prioritizes security and protection of self, others, and personal information
* Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
* Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
* Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
