**Responsibilities**
As a Licensed Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
* Establishing and maintaining customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up
* Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
* Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations
* Maintaining a strong work ethic and demonstrating a total commitment to success each and every day
* Collaborating with the agent team to achieve sales and customer service goals
* Staying up-to-date on product changes, licensing requirements, and technical developments to provide expert advice to clients
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* **Active Property and Casualty license**: You must have a valid Property and Casualty license to apply for this role.
* **Life and Health license**: You'll need to obtain a Life and Health license within a reasonable timeframe (typically 6-12 months).
