**The Opportunity**
We're seeking two experienced Customer Service Specialists to join our team. As a Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to:
* Answer inbound requests from customers via phone, text, and email to help them with coverages, questions, policy changes, and billing updates.
* Manage and organize emails, follow up tasks, and customer outreach.
* Make outbound calls to customers regarding billing, policy changes, and answering their requests.
* Act as an advocate for our clients by advising them on potential risk.
* Recommend tailored insurance coverages specific to each customer.
* Represent the company in a positive light by always doing what's right for the client.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Property & Casualty License (or Personal Lines License)
* Prior insurance experience
* Bilingual Spanish skills (a plus, but not required)
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Above-average computer and telephone skills
* A strong work ethic and self-starter mentality
* Enthusiastic, positive attitude
* Spirit of cooperation and teamwork
* Outstanding customer service skills
