Position Overview: Remote Customer Service Representative

careerzynith is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Representative to join our emergency monitoring team. This critical position serves as the first point of contact during potentially life-threatening situations, requiring exceptional composure, decision-making skills, and customer service excellence.

This is a fully remote position offering the flexibility to work from home while making a real difference in people's lives. Please note that all initial classroom training and hands-on job training will be conducted onsite at our Manasquan, New Jersey facility (2210 Landmark Place, Manasquan NJ 08736). The role requires shift work, including weekends, holidays, and occasional mandatory overtime, as emergency monitoring operates 24/7 to ensure constant protection for our customers.

This position offers the unique advantage of remote work, allowing you to serve careerzynith customers from the comfort of your home office. However, initial training will require on-site attendance at our Manasquan, New Jersey facility. The remote work environment should be a quiet, dedicated space suitable for handling emergency communications without interruptions.

Physical requirements include the ability to remain seated for extended periods, use hands for keyboard operation and telecommunications equipment, and maintain visual focus on computer screens and monitoring systems. The role occasionally requires light lifting (up to 25 pounds) during equipment setup or maintenance. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

The work environment typically presents moderate noise levels similar to a standard office setting.
