The Opportunity

We are seeking a thoughtful, analytical, and high-energy Customer Experience Engineer with a deep specialization in cloud networking. In this role, you will work directly with some of the largest enterprise customers in the world, guiding them through sophisticated migration projects, resolving intricate platform challenges, and translating real-world customer insights into actionable product enhancements.
