**Job Summary**
As a Retail Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II at Arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in protecting our assets and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our loss prevention team to identify and prevent shoplifting, as well as provide top-notch customer service to our valued customers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Work closely with the loss prevention team to identify and prevent shoplifting, as well as investigate and resolve any incidents that may occur
* Conduct regular visual inspections of the sales floor and stockroom to identify and prevent potential losses
* Collaborate with store management and associates to develop and implement loss prevention strategies and procedures
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in loss prevention and customer service
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of incidents, investigations, and loss prevention activities
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of experience in a retail loss prevention or customer service role
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and prevent potential losses
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations and priorities
* Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and safely around the sales floor and stockroom
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a retail loss prevention or customer service role in a similar environment
* Knowledge of loss prevention principles and practices, including shoplifting prevention and investigation techniques
* Certification in loss prevention or a related field (e.g. LPC, CPP)
* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in multiple languages
* Experience working with technology, including point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and other retail systems
