**Key Responsibilities**
* Sell insurance products to new and existing clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets

* Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) preferred

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a proven track record of sales success
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn
* Strong knowledge of insurance regulations, laws, and industry trends
* Experience with sales management software and tools
* Certification in insurance sales or a related field (e.g., CPCU, CIC)
