**Job Summary**
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our call center. You'll be the face of our company, providing world-class service to our customers through phone, email, and chat. With a focus on order processing, product expertise, and solutions-driven support, you'll be equipped to handle even the most complex customer inquiries with confidence and poise.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional service and support
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Develop product and solutions expertise to answer customer questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
