**Job Summary**
As a Senior Manager, Demand Planning, you will be responsible for developing and implementing demand planning strategies that drive business growth and profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels. Your expertise in demand planning will enable you to identify opportunities for cost savings, improve supply chain efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and maintain accurate and reliable demand forecasts for all products across the Americas Business Unit
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather market intelligence, analyze sales data, and identify trends and patterns
* Utilize advanced analytics and data visualization tools to create actionable insights and recommendations for demand planning
* Work with the Supply Chain team to optimize inventory levels, reduce stockouts, and minimize overstocking
* Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, distributors, and customers to ensure seamless supply chain operations
* Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership on demand planning performance, including key metrics and trends
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance demand planning efficiency and effectiveness
**Capability and Necessities**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field
* Proven track record of success in demand planning, with a strong understanding of forecasting techniques and analytics
* Experience working with demand planning software, such as Anaplan or SAP
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams to achieve business objectives
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business software applications
