**Job Summary**
As a Technical Support and Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional technical support and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, while also providing top-notch customer service to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to our water level controls and sensors
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement solutions to technical issues
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications
- Provide product training and support to customers, including on-site visits and remote training sessions
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and resolve customer issues, and to provide feedback on product development and improvement
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry developments
**Essential Qualifications**
- 2-year degree in Electronics Technology or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable with the ability to focus on the job at hand
- Basic understanding of electronic components and how a relay works
- US work authorization (required)
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of C++ and Assembler programming languages
- Experience with Pick N Place machines
- Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
