HR Generalist – Marketing & Communications

Job Description: • Provides human resources services and support including employee relations, compensation, talent management, and benefits. • Partners with MAC HR Team for accurate execution of HR processes. • Acts as the primary HR contact for staff and managers, managing HR inquiries. • Maintains staff actions in HR systems (Workday) and audits records. • Supports employee onboarding and offboarding processes. • Generates and analyzes HR reports identifying trends to measure progress. • Assists recruiters and hiring managers with recruitments including reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews. • Responds to HR-related inquiries efficiently. • Supports training and development opportunities. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or 3 years HR related work experience or equivalent combination. • Experience responding to HR related questions and problems from employees/management. • Experience in one or more of the following areas: database management and spreadsheet software; constructing and producing reports; data input, manipulation and analysis. • Experience working with MS Office software, HR information systems and analytics tools.
