California Correctional Health Care Services is seeking an HR Liaison to support the Department of Motor Vehicles. The role involves facilitating the hiring process, managing HR-related projects, and providing consultation on personnel management issues.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Division’s HR Liaison to facilitate the hiring process
- Work with a team of HR Liaisons and hiring managers
- Complete HR related projects
- Conduct research
- Write various HR related processes
- Train managers regarding processes and procedures
- Review and coordinate HR related documents
- Serve as a consultant for the Division's personnel management issues
- Prepare DMV Action Requests to establish, reclassify, or abolish positions to meet personnel management and budgeting requirements
- Maintain the Division’s position monitoring system and analyze the data collected in order to make effective recommendations to OPS management regarding position and fund usage
