IDEXX is seeking a Junior SAP SD Functional Analyst to help deliver solutions that support the organization’s strategic goals and ongoing SAP Sales module initiatives. In this role, you will manage and optimize end-to-end sales and distribution processes, collaborate with business stakeholders, and provide production support. Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize end‑to‑end sales and distribution processes, including order management, pricing, billing, and logistics execution
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure SAP SD modules, resolve issues, and support continuous process improvements
- Develop, implement, and support continuous business requirements on the global SAP system to tailor-make SAP fit the IDEXX evolving business
- Provide production support and project delivery
- Gather business requirements
- Perform functional analysis and deliver functional design documents
- Configure the system and support developers when needed
- Provide testing support
Skills
- 1+ years of experience with the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Module
- Curiosity, willingness to learn
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or other Information Technology degrees or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Order-to-Cash processes, including sales orders, deliveries, billing, and pricing
- Ability to create functional specifications and work with ABAP developers
- Experience in IDoc/EDI processing and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- Proven experience supporting production incidents, root-cause analysis, and enhancements
- Excellent problem solving skills required
- Experience with S/4HANA SD
- Good to have SAP Test Automation Experience such as creating the scripts and work with QE Team
