Network Engineer with AI initiative based in Redmond, WA (with 100% Remote flexibility). We are looking for a specialist to drive the migration of high-performance HyperNet infrastructure to HyperScaler (Azure) environments.
This role is at the intersection of traditional networking, massive-scale cloud architecture, and AI-driven automation.
The Role at a Glance:
Location: Redmond, WA (Open to 100% Remote in the US).
Core Tech: Azure, Microsoft Stack, HyperNet, HyperScaler.
Primary Focus: Migrating complex networking infrastructure while optimizing for AI-scale performance.

Responsibilities:
Migration Leadership: Lead the hands-on migration from HyperNet infrastructure to broader HyperScaler environments, ensuring zero downtime and optimized throughput.
Azure Network Architecture: Design and implement robust networking solutions using Azure Load Balancers, NAT, Private Endpoints, and DNS.
Security & Perimeter: Configure and maintain Azure Firewalls and security protocols to safeguard sensitive data during and after migration.
AI Integration: Leverage AI-driven networking concepts to optimize traffic flow, monitor network health, and automate troubleshooting.
Connectivity Excellence: Manage complex IP addressing, routing tables, and security groups across the Microsoft stack.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Network Engineering within a HyperScaler environment (Azure preferred).
Hands-on experience with HyperNet or similar high-performance internal network fabrics.
Demonstrated experience in Infra-to-Infra migrations.
Deep proficiency in Load Balancers, NAT, Private Endpoints, DNS, and Firewalls.
Strong understanding of the Microsoft/Azure ecosystem.
