Partner Manager - SEA

Role Information The Partner Manager is responsible for driving business growth and partner performance across Southeast Asia and India within a distributor-led business model. This role goes beyond traditional partner or account management. The Partner Manager NOT ONLY works closely with distribution partners to strengthen sales execution, marketing quality, clinical readiness, and post-sales support, ensuring markets are properly developed and capable of sustaining long-term growth BUT also responsible for developing & executing  a ‘Hybrid model’ in the region where Acclaro drives sales directly and the Partner(s) provides logistics and admin service for a pre-determined fee. The role is highly field-based and best suited to someone located in Southeast Asia, with strong regional familiarity and willingness to spend significant time in-market. Key Responsibilities Own overall business performance across assigned Southeast Asia and India markets. Work with partners to identify growth opportunities and execution gaps. Support partners in developing and executing market growth plans. Drive accountability through regular reviews and performance follow-up. Partner Development & Enablement Act as a strategic partner to distributors, supporting business planning, territory coverage, and account prioritization. Help partners strengthen internal capabilities to support sustainable growth. Share best practices and proven approaches across markets. Commercial & Market Execution Support partners in early market development and key customer engagements. Participate in important customer meetings and commercial discussions when needed. Help establish reference customers and early success stories. Marketing & Go-to-Market Support Work with partners to improve the quality of marketing execution, including launches, campaigns, and educational activities. Coordinate with internal marketing teams to adapt materials and messaging for local markets. Support demand-generation initiatives in collaboration with partners. Clinical & Product Demonstration Support Work closely with Clinical teams to ensure partners are properly trained and clinically prepared. Complete required clinical accreditation to support approved product demonstrations when clinical resources are not available. Maintain a strong working knowledge of the product and its clinical positioning, while operating strictly within defined governance. Post-Sales & Customer Experience Support partners in strengthening post-sales processes, including onboarding, training follow-up, and issue escalation. Act as a regional coordinator to ensure smooth collaboration between sales, clinical, and service functions. Support long-term customer satisfaction and retention. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams across Business Growth, Clinical, Marketing, Operations, and Service. Provide market feedback, partner insights, and competitive intelligence to regional leadership. Brand Representation Represent the company professionally at partner events, industry meetings, and key customer engagements. Ensure partners consistently uphold brand standards and market reputation. Experience and Qualifications Experience in partner management, business development, or regional commercial roles. Background in medical devices, medical aesthetics, healthcare technology, or capital equipment. Experience working with distributors across multiple countries. Strong familiarity with Southeast Asia markets. Fluent English (written and spoken). Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 70%). Experience covering India in addition to Southeast Asia. Prior residence or long-term work experience in a SEA country. Exposure to technical or product demonstration environments.
