Position Overview
We are currently adding new team members to our remote support division and are seeking organized, customer-focused individuals for the Travel Client Support Consultant role. In this position, you'll assist travelers throughout the planning journey by helping coordinate arrangements, monitoring important details, and providing reliable support to ensure a positive experience from beginning to end.
This role is well suited for individuals who enjoy communication, problem-solving, and working independently in a flexible remote environment. No previous travel industry background is necessary, as training and ongoing development resources are provided.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist clients with vacation planning requests, scheduling preferences, and trip-related questions
Coordinate travel components including hotels, flights, cruises, transportation services, and excursions
Research and review available options using approved booking and supplier platforms
Share updates regarding reservation status, confirmations, and itinerary timelines
Respond to client inquiries professionally through email, phone, and digital communication systems
Support itinerary revisions, booking changes, and follow-up service requests
Keep client information and travel records organized within internal systems
Participate in onboarding sessions, virtual workshops, and continued training opportunities
