Learn more about our company culture and values at arenaflex.com. **Job Summary** We're seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing prompt and accurate information to customers in a courteous and professional manner. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex systems and websites. **Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to customers via inbound calls, ensuring prompt and accurate information is provided in a courteous and professional manner. * Guide callers through troubleshooting, providing detailed case statuses and next steps, and navigating necessary websites. * Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, handling multiple calls simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions. * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction. **Requirements** * High School Diploma or G.E.D. * Must be a resident of the state of Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Nevada, or Utah. * Must be fluent in both English and Spanish and pass a bilingual assessment. * Location requirement: All work must be performed in the United States for this remote role. * Experience in servicing customers with professionalism, diplomacy, and consideration for customer requests. * High-speed internet access (Minimum 10 MBPS upload speed and 100 MBPS download speed). * You must use a provided ethernet cord and be hard-wired into your server from the router/modem. You will not be able to use Wi-Fi or a hot spot. * Cell phone. * Must be able to download an app on a Smartphone or tablet. * Private workspace or home office free of distractions and outside noise. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Fast learner, ability to maintain an in-depth understanding of the training curriculum. * Excellent PC and internet navigation skills. * Efficient time management skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in a high-volume call center preferred. * Detail-oriented with close attention to program compliance requirements, record-keeping guidelines, and file closeout expectations. * Ability to perform mathematical operations such as calculating percentages and working with large numbers. * Ability to use analytical skills to interpret and evaluate information. * Ability to read, write, and speak English (Bilingual preferred). * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. * Strong customer service skills and knowledge of customer service best practices. * Ability to maintain confidentiality of program information. * Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet. **Compensation and Benefits** * $16.00 per hour plus bonus. * Must pass bilingual assessment to earn $1 more. * Work from home with computer equipment provided by arenaflex. * Temporary assignment with the potential for a permanent role. * Training schedule: Paid virtual training hours (first 9 days of employment) - Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST. * Regular full-time schedule: Hours of operation for project are 9 AM to 9 PM EST, 7 days a week, for a total of 40 hours each week. * Every weekend and 1-2 night shifts/week required. * Shift option to be discussed during interview. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
