In this role, you'll be responsible for providing accurate and timely information to customers, agents, and internal stakeholders regarding various levels of contract coverage, claims processes, and benefits. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail will enable you to navigate complex claims scenarios and deliver outstanding results. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze information in Vehicle Service Contract and claims system to advise customers of the appropriate benefit amounts, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of claims. * Request and distribute internal information to aid the Claims Adjudication Department, facilitating efficient claims processing and resolution. * Respond to phone and email inquiries from customers, agents, and internal stakeholders, providing clear and concise information on contract coverage, claims processes, and benefits. * Manage workflow, process, and complete all requests and documents according to established procedures, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency. * Collaborate with management and coworkers in a friendly team environment, leveraging your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive results. * Participate in camera-based training, team meetings, and meetings with management, demonstrating your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. * Perform other job duties as assigned, embracing the entrepreneurial spirit and contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex. **Key to Success:** * High school graduate or equivalent required; prior experience in customer service, claims processing, or a related field is highly desirable. * Strong organizational and customer service skills, with the ability to problem-solve, multitask, and maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with contract holders, agents, dealers, internal staff, upper management, and customers. * Proficient working on a PC, with a working knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn new programs quickly. * Type at least 35 wpm, with the ability to document information while discussing claims over the phone. * Prior experience in the automotive service department, warranty administration, or a related field is highly desirable. **Essential Qualifications:** * High school graduate or equivalent required * Strong organizational and customer service skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proficient working on a PC, with a working knowledge of MS Office * Ability to type at least 35 wpm * Prior experience in the automotive service department, warranty administration, or a related field is highly desirable **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in claims processing or a related field * BDC Representative, Automotive Cashier/Receptionist, or Service Writer experience * Automotive Service Department experience * Warranty Administrators experience **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Proficient in MS Office and other software applications * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment * Strong organizational and time management skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to investing in our employees' growth and development.
