As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service, meeting sales goals, and contributing to the overall success of our Kailua-Kona, HI location. **Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations
* Meet sales goals through unit rentals, unit sales, and other revenue-generating activities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
* Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the location
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and customer service metrics
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the self-storage industry or a related field
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
* Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish, or other languages)
* Previous experience in sales or account management
