**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative & Sales Professional to join our team in Jackson, MS. As an Essential Business Employee, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to all customers, including buying and selling transactions

* Managing cash transactions, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records

**Key Responsibilities**

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, preferably in a retail or pawn environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
