We attribute our achievements to our passionate, highly trained team members who are committed to protecting everyone's quality of life. **A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our internal and external customers, handling incoming phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Your detective skills will come in handy as you identify problems and find solutions to every issue. Whether you're assisting with scheduling services, taking payments, or updating customer files, you'll put our customers' minds at ease.
