**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional support experiences to customers through phone, chat, and/or email
* Answering customer requests and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner
* Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
* Communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
* Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with variable hours to match customer demand
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

**Essential Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* A minimum age of 18 years old
* The right to work in The Netherlands
* Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency)
* Basic communication skills in English
* Experience working with a computer
* The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
* Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
* Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
* Comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment
