**Overview of the Role**
As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality client service, consistent with our standards and practices, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will respond to questions via phone in a call center environment, solve customer issues regarding employee benefits, research problems, and process documents. This is a fully remote position, and we will provide you with all the necessary equipment, as long as you have your own high-speed internet.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver high-quality client service consistent with arenaflex standards and practices and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Respond to questions via phone in a call center environment.
- Solve customer issues regarding employee benefits, research problems, and process documents.
- Maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics.
**Requirements**
- High school diploma.
- Customer service experience.
- Strong typing and basic computer skills.
**Nice to Have**
- A working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Exposure to benefits, HR, and/or payroll.
- Call center experience.
