**About the Role:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, engaging directly with customers who contact us for various reasons. You'll be responsible for:
* Responding to inbound calls and other communication platforms in a timely and professional manner
* Researching and problem-solving to determine the best solutions for our customers, while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
* Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers, providing exceptional service and support that exceeds their expectations
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and provide seamless support to our customers
**What You'll Need:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a pet care or pharmacy setting
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner
* Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a focus on problem-solving and finding creative solutions
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed
* Ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
* A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on excellence and continuous improvement
